If, like us, you prefer to benefit from a
personalised VIP service, as when you go to a luxury shop like ours, we are at your entire disposal to advise you and sell you the watch(s), the jewel(s) of your choice.
All you have to do is contact us by phone or email and we will answer your questions or requests personally.
Michel Fréret-Roy, owner of the shop and the Fréret-Roy 1818 brand, is at your disposal from Monday afternoon to Saturday evening or even on Sundays.
Louis Lourdin, our watchmaker, is also at your disposal during the regular boutique's opening hours.
Opening by prior appointment is possible outside the usual opening hours of the shop and on Sundays, and the shop can be privatized.
In Paris, we can meet you at your hotel if your schedule or timetables do not allow you to go to the shop, and if you are not able to go to the shop to take possession of your purchase, we can deliver it personally on request, after your payment has been duly registered.
We can deliver by express courier anywhere in France and worldwide.
Availability of the models of the different brands:
When a model is available physically and therefore in the shop windows at Fréret Roy, it is usually mentioned in the model description next to its price:
"Available". Otherwise the model will be available either on order or by subscription. Sometimes the delivery schedules are from a few hours or to a few days. These delivery times will be specified on request.
How to make a purchase?
Before the launch of our e.store, you can already buy securely. The process is simple:
Just use our Concierge Service and contact us by phone, whatsapp or email.
You specify the product(s) you wish to purchase, we confirm the prices and send you by email
a secure payment link set up by a major french bank, "La Société Générale":
You must have been resident abroad for more than six months and prove a fiscal residence outside the European Union.
You must scan or have the tax exemption form stamped when leaving France or the European Union and return this document to us after having scanned it at the automatic terminals or after having the document stamped by customs officials on leaving the EU territory. The corresponding VAT amount will be then credited to your credit card or transferred to your bank account, once the operation has been duly recorded by customs. This procedure can take up to 15 days.
