After sales service
We provide after-sales service for most models of mechanical or quartz watches, upon request and quotation. Do not hesitate to consult us.
In particular, we ensure the After-Sales Service of our own brand Fréret-Roy 1818 and of the brands of which we are the authorized dealers : Artya, Cuervo y Sobrinos, Ebel, Emile Chouriet, Mauron Musy, Muse, Paul Picot, Pequignet, Raketa, Ratel, Zannetti...
For brands for which we are agents or authorized dealers, the watches of these brands are either sent to the brand or processed directly by our workshop, depending on the type of problem encountered.
For all new quartz watches sold by the Fréret Roy boutique, battery change and water-resistance check are free, as long as the watch movement works properly (and as long as the boutique exists).
We also have at our disposal case opening tools for the Mercury collection of the Favre Leuba brand, and various tools and supplies for the brands Frederique Constant and Maurice Lacroix.

As for our own brand, we provide after-sales service at
cost price
on parts and labor for all our models.
Our watches are guaranteed for two years and the extension of the warranty to three years is free of charge.

The average after-sales service are as:
- Coeur Ouvert Nouvelle Vague V2 watch is approx; 180 to 200 € VAT included.
- Coeur Ouvert Chronograph is approx; 350 € VAT included
- Coeur Ouvert 120 H watch with complications is between 350 € and 450 €, VAT included
The after-sales service on the 120 H retrograde watches with MHVJ manufacture calibers as well as on the Coeur Ouvert Tourbillon is carried out by Bruno Laville, Master Watchmaker in Besançon.

Other useful details
The Fréret Roy boutique can provide after-sales service for watches of the brands it is a dealer of but which were not purchased at Fréret Roy. In this case, for watches under warranty, the pick-up or the sending of the watch to the manufacturer is not free, as well as the sizing of the steel bracelets, an adjustment of the movement or the change of the battery.
For watches of other brands bought elsewhere or bought on the internet, whatever the brand and the watch, any service, for example changing the battery, adjusting or sizing the strap, is subject to a charge.
The price of these services depends on the price of the watch and the time spent to perform the said service.
Case of watches bought on internet websites
For watches under warranty purchased on brand websites, the costs of handling and processing or sending to the brands of the said after-sales service will be charged.
For watches purchased on the internet from websites such as veepee, showroomprive, zalando and other promotional websites, the warranty will not be taken into account. If you buy watches from these websites, please contact the websites selling the watches for any problems.
Sizing of steel bands for watches purchased on third party websites will be charged between 50 and 90 € TTC, according to the brand concerned and the kind of band.
Costs for taking charge of branded watches, sent to the brand concerned:
Insurance, packaging, return shipping costs: In France: from 50 € incl. VAT
In Switzerland: from € 95 including tax one way + € 95 including tax return
For watches under warranty, purchased outside our shop, a flat fee will be charged, the amount of which varies according to the brands and the unit price of the watch.
In case of shipment to Switzerland, this flat rate will take into account the return shipping costs and the outward and return customs fees.
