Tax Refund
For foreign customers residing outside the European Union, we will reimburse you the VAT at the full rate of 20%. This VAT corresponds to a tax refund of 16.66%, applicable to purchases of €1,250 and upwards, while department stores and most other retailers apply a tax refund of 12%. (For lower amounts, we charge an administration fee of 3%, which includes bank charges).
We work directly with the customs website, so you pay the amount incl. VAT, and the VAT is refunded as soon as your packing slip has been validated or stamped by French or EU customs.
