In addition to the collections of its own brand Fréret Roy 1818, the boutique Fréret-Roy Watches & Wonders also presents an original selection of independent and atypical watch brands, mostly Swiss but not only, since we also offer Italian, Russian and French brands.
You will rarely find these brands in other Parisian or even European boutiques.

In the same spirit, if you find any watch model on the internet site of any of the brands we work with, we would be pleased to order it for you.

The price of watches manufactured in Switzerland has risen steadily in recent years, partly due to the €'s decline against the CHF.
The rise of the CHF has been even more marked since 2022, after crossing the historic and fateful threshold of €1 = CHF1
The rate was 0.95 €/CHF in October 2023, then 0.92 €/CHF in January 2024! In other words, the CHF has risen by more than 10% over the past two years! But April 2024, has seen a slight recovery of the € against CHF, being now around 0,97€/CHF.
This exchange rate trend has a significant negative impact on the price of watches imported in CHF.
For the record, the €/CHF exchange rate was around 1.50 in the early 2000s!
On our site, the prices of certain Swiss watch brands available on request are expressed in CHF before tax and converted into Euros including French VAT at the current rate of 20%.
For all purchases from Switzerland and therefore outside the EU, the prices indicated on Swiss sites, payable in CHF or €, will be increased by the French VAT rate of 20% as well as exchange, customs and transport charges.
Watch prices quoted in CHF excluding VAT must be converted into € at the time of ordering. These prices then include French VAT and import charges.
Naturally, in the case of exports outside the European Union, our prices are invoiced exclusive of tax.
