Our Coeur Ouvert® Tourbillon is now offered in our Coeur Ouvert® Nouvelle Vague V2 T Black case, with a diameter of 42mm, in hand-brushed black steel, equipped with a domed sapphire crystal, which benefits from a very high quality reinforced anti-reflective applied on both sides and a sapphire crystal back.
Our tourbillon caliber is an integrated manufacture movement, without a generic base, and is hand-wound. Certified “Chronofiable”, it is adjusted in six positions and has a significant power reserve of 4 days of power reserve. The tourbillon is placed under a bridge at 6 o'clock.
The drawing of the skeleton is signed Michel Fréret-Roy, the cutout and the model have been deposited at the INPI, National Institute of Intellectual Property. Once skeletonized, the tourbillon movement is microblasted then treated in anthracite color as well as the flange, and the tourbillon bridge at 6 o'clock, whose shape is reminiscent of a bridge and also the "arches" of the movement, is finished in rhodium. The movement screws are blued steel.
An open dial signed at 3 o’clock!
In order to leave the skeletonized movement visible in its entirety, we moved the brand logo to 3 o'clock.
The logo which resembles the number "3" legitimately finds its place in this strategic location that we cannot fail to see as soon as the shirt sleeve partially reveals the watch! A signature that speaks for itself, a sign of identification. The hours are indicated by crimped “capsules”, hand-filled with superluminova whose color matches the hands.

Jumbo Chrono
This good sized chronograph is equipped with the famous Valjoux 7750 caliber, but with an unusual date positioned at 4:30. In order to make each piece unique or almost, the termination of our movements can vary from one model to another, making them "different", and if some calibers have a ruthenium finish, for others the plates in the center of the dial are brushed and finished by hand.
The case is in 316L steel, water-resistant to 200 meters, screwed crown engraved with our logo, diameter 46.5mm excluding pushers and crown, total thickness 17.20 mm, reinforced glass 4.6 mm thick, engraved steel caseback. The total length from horn to horn is 55.95mm, but the curve of the horn allows it to fit quite thin wrists (see photos on my 17cm wrist).
The anthracite-bronze colored dial is open on the caliber. Its exceptional manufacturing alternates finishes between grained and circular brushed. The counters are thin, cut-out disks that conceal the center of the movement as little as possible.
This "Jumbo Chrono" is delivered on a strap matching the dial, in anthracite-bronze colored rubber sewn with a butterfly folding clasp engraved with our logo. For water sports, a second strap in black, orange or khaki rubber with a pin buckle is also offered with the watch.

With its new hands hour and minute!
Why "Grand" ? Because the whole movement is visible, and "Fantôme" or "Ghost" because the writings blend into the entirely cut-out dial...
We started from an observation: the majority, even the totality of the "ghost" watches are black, obscure... Our ghost as in popular imagery is "white".
One of a kind, this "Grand Coeur Ouvert Fantôme" is a tribute - in the good sense of the word - to the automobile dashboards of the "great era", the Bugatti 35, Lotus Seven, Bentley, Morgan and other Amilcar... The mechanical side of this watch is brought to its paroxysm by the metallic and mechanical aspect that is offered to the eyes of those who contemplate it... and acquire it.
The finely decorated 120-hour Manufacture calibre is now unveiled in its entirety, allowing you to admire both its front and back sides, in a version where the hours are symbolised by dots filled by hand with superluminova, the colour of which matches the hands, the white writing melts into the silvery rhodium-plated and satin-brushed metal, but is legible enough to retain all its functionality, as are the secondary hands of the Power Reserve and Retrograde Date.
As far as the alligator or rubber strap is concerned, you can choose any of the numerous colors available at the shop.

We are pleased to present (at last) our Coeur Ouvert® Nouvelle Vague V.2.3 which will be available in a few days with our new caliber and its redesigned cut-out and our new cut-out dial or flange, inspired by the Coeur Ouvert® Tourbillon design, where the logo looking like the number "3" is placed at 3 o'clock and where the small seconds ring has disappeared, allowing the small seconds to "surf on the wave" of the movement!
This is the new visual signature of our "Coeur Ouvert®" and skeleton models. The new indexes, logo and hands are treated in blue Superluminova, giving this dial a real personality.
We have refined this new flange as much as possible so that it hides as little as possible the new caliber produced from Unitas 6498, which we have cut and treated by independent workshops in La Chaux de Fonds. We have redesigned the cut-out of the balance bridge, which now adopts the "wave" of the movement. A first series of 30 movements is in production.

When we created our brand ten years ago, in addition to my passion for watches and my family's atavism - let's remember that my mother's family was active in watchmaking since the beginning of the 18th century in Switzerland, and then in Normandy - the creation of our brand was based on an idea: to offer our customers the watches they wanted. Our customers regularly asked us for a modern skeleton watch at a reasonable price, and so our first skeleton watch, the "Coeur Ouvert® Nouvelle Vague", was born.
Why a tourbillon watch ?
As for all our creations, it was discussions with our customers, at least some of them, that made us want to produce a tourbillon watch in a very limited series! These customers expressed the desire to acquire a skeleton Tourbillon whose price would still be "affordable" compared to the competing productions of most of institutional brands or independent watchmakers. This is how we embarked on this challenge. We invite you to discover this new Coeur Ouvert® Tourbillon below...
Genesis of our Coeur Ouvert® Tourbillon
This new Coeur Ouvert® Tourbillon is equipped with a tourbillon calibre manufactured 100% in Switzerland, in the Jura region, between Delémont and Vallorbe. The calibre is entirely skeletonised in La Chaux de Fonds, and its design and model have been registered with the INPI.
As it is entirely produced and skeletonised in Switzerland, it also bears the words
"Tourbillon 100% suisse" on the flange.
Created in partnership with renowned independent watchmakers who have worked for the most renowned brands or manufacturers of watch calibers, this Coeur Ouvert® Tourbillon is the result of a cooperation between independent watchmakers who are passionate about fine watchmaking!
In a few words...
It is the convergence of the talents of these independent watchmakers and myself - as a modest watch passionated entrepreneur - and of course my wife Sophie and our children who all participated to the project, which allowed the birth of the first 100% Swiss skeleton tourbillon of an independent French brand, whose family origin originates from the 18th century in Switzerland in the Canton of Neuchâtel, which is the reason why we wished to endow this watch with a Swiss caliber . Distinctive features of our
"Coeur Ouvert® Tourbillon
Our Coeur Ouvert® Tourbillon is offered in our 42mm diameter, steel or steel-black hand-satinned Coeur Ouvert® Nouvelle Vague V2 T case with a domed sapphire crystal, which has a high quality anti-reflective coating on both sides and a sapphire caseback.
Designed and manufactured by an independent workshop, our tourbillon caliber is an integrated manufacture movement without a generic base. Certified "Chronofiable", this hand-wound caliber beats at 21600 a/h and is adjusted in six positions. It has a significant power reserve of approximately 100 hours (plus or minus 5%), that's to say more than 4 days of power reserve. The tourbillon is placed under a bridge at 6 o'clock.
Once skeletonized, the tourbillon movement is micro-blasted and then treated in anthracite color as well as the flange, and the tourbillon bridge at 6 o'clock, whose shape recalls the "waves" of the movement, is finished with rhodium. The movement screws are made of blued steel.

In order to leave the skeletonized movement fully visible, we have placed the brand's logo at 3 o'clock.

We offer our "Coeur Ouvert® Tourbillon" on a subscription basis limited to 10 pieces for our 10th anniversary. The first N°0 piece displayed in the boutique is not for sale, but will allow you to discover the watch, to touch it, to put it on your wrist and to choose your possible options, in two words to be able to personalize your own "Coeur Ouvert® Tourbillon" if you wish so.
The five first pieces are just being delivered now and the following 5 pieces will be launched later.

Options
This Coeur Ouvert® Tourbillon is customisable, you can choose the finishing details or colours that will make it unique.
My preference is for the model N°0 above, with its anthracite treatment of the plates and the flange, with the rhodium-plated tourbillon bridge whose finish contrasts with the rest of the movement and recalls the colour of the brushed steel case. One can also imagine treating the movement in another colour, in black, grey, blue, silvered rhodium-plated, gold... and the tourbillon bridge can also be anthracite, the colour of the skeletonised calibre. Any personalization can be realised on special request and on quotation.
If some customers wish to acquire this model in pink gold, 18kt white gold or platinum version, we are willing to study the production, but the project can only be envisaged from the production of five pieces per gold or platinum colour. In this case a specific subscription would be launched for a limited period.
Our large-diameter calibers (36.60 mm or 16 1/2 lines), produced in series of 50 pieces to limit production costs, are derived from the famous Unitas 6498/2 caliber, but as these are reserved exclusively for Swatch Group brands, we started from a similar base (which is free of rights as it has fallen into the public domain), which we had modified and personalized in La Chaux de Fonds by Guillaume Camensulli, the project manager of our Coeur Ouvert® Tourbillon. The "Petite Minute" has a manual caliber with a power reserve of about 45 hours with a frequency of 21600 a/h, with small seconds at six o'clock. The 24-hour version has a power reserve of around 43 hours, slightly less, with the hour wheel consuming slightly more energy. The specific and personalised high-end decoration of these calibres is handcrafted in La Chaux de Fonds. Assembly and controls are carried out by our master watchmaker Bruno Laville.
