Riccardo Zannetti's history is anything but ordinary...
His adventure began a long time ago, thanks to Riccardo Zannetti's passion for beauty, painting and figurative arts.
From a very young age, he attended an art school where he discovered his true talent for drawing.
Drawing on his family's experience in watchmaking and artistic creation, in the 1980s Riccardo Zannetti launched a small production of gold and silver watches, distinguished by graphic references to Roman and Greek art and by classical forms. Greek symbols quickly became his signature, while the frog would serve as his lucky talisman for years.
Its original specialization, the growing number of artisans involved, and the applied artistic crafts in the production of its timepieces quickly made the Zannetti workshop one of the most important and best known, winning over a clientele with
United States, Germany, France, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and the Middle East.
In each of his timepieces, there is an artistic touch and a personal approach to watchmaking, two elements that can only be guaranteed by very limited production.
The "Regatta" watch shown here is undoubtedly one of my favorites from the Roman brand.

Refined and hand-engraved, the dials are the hallmark of the Regent collection models. Imagination, dreams, and adventures are represented by the evocative designs that have been carefully engraved on a Corozo (vegetable ivory) base, then using translucent shades of red, blue, black, and finally pink, grey, and light blue.

The Regent Meteorite is a masterpiece of craftsmanship and sophistication, with a 41mm diameter steel case. The dial is a stunning meteorite, with an outer disc intricately engraved with mother-of-pearl, adding a touch of elegance and sophistication to its design.
Its movement is a Zannetti Z3 OISA hand-wound mechanical caliber, manufactured in Italy by Globe - Manufacture de mouvements mécaniques. It has a 72-hour power reserve. Various decoration and finishing options for the movement are available.

Various types of decoration and finishing of the movement are offered as options.

A starry sky, skillfully hand-carved on a tiny Corozo nut base painted with multicolored enamels.
This is the Regent Full Sky collection, inspired by the mystery of the universe. The Regent Full Sky is one of Zannetti's most iconic timepieces.
Its classic version features a steel case, but as the collection has become extremely popular, it has been complemented by timepieces in bronze and 18kt gold. For those seeking particularly precious pieces, the 18kt gold version of the Regent Full Sky is also available with diamonds and sapphires on the bezel.

The "Time Of Drivers" watches fully express the Zannetti philosophy.
Meticulous finishing, the choice of the finest materials, and the extreme complexity of the dial, entirely handcrafted. The crown is engraved with a Dunlop tread pattern, while the reset button is shaped like a gearshift. The Time of Drivers models are available in a traditional version with three subdials or in a Racing edition with two vertical subdials.
And of course, any car model, your car for example, can be reproduced on the dial, painted and manufactured for you.

"Regent Bocca della Verità"
Custom-made part produced for a client
The Bocca della Verità or Mouth of Truth, is an ancient sculpture from 1632, carved in marble, which appears on the wall of the main entrance of the church of Santa Maria in Cosmedin in Rome.
This watch was made at the request of a client who was a great admirer of this antique work.
