This V2.4 model adopts the "domed" sapphire crystal of the Coeur Ouvert® Tourbillon!
Both identical and different, the "domed" glass gives an impression of inner life to our skeletonized movement, whereas the CONV2.3 with its flat anti-reflective sapphire glass is more "surgical"!
Same features as CONV2.3, except for the domed glass!

Cœur Ouvert® Nouvelle Vague V2.3
Our Cœur Ouvert® Nouvelle Vague V2.3
has inaugurated our new Skeleton cut.
The dial features a cutout, inspired by that of the Cœur Ouvert® Tourbillon where the logo resembling the Roman numeral "III" is positioned at 3 o'clock. The small seconds subdial at 6 o'clock has been removed, allowing it to "float on the wave" of the movement! We have refined this flange as much as possible so that it obscures the cutout of the Unitas 6498 caliber as little as possible.
The brand’s “III” logo, positioned at 3 o’clock, has become the visual signature of our Skeleton models, which we market under the trademarked name Coeur Ouvert®, registered in 1999.
The new hour markers, logo, and hands are coated with blue Superluminova®, giving this dial a unique character.
The base caliber is always a genuine original Unitas 6498 with a small seconds subdial at 6 o'clock. This caliber is quite difficult to find due to its limited production; most commercially available movements of this type are "6497" models with the small seconds subdial at 9 o'clock, a layout we find unappealing. We purchased a series of complete Unitas movements and entrusted them to independent workshops in La Chaux-de-Fonds.. We have previously redesigned the cut of the balance bridge which now adopts the "wave" cut of the movement, and this new design has been registered with the INPI.
Our Coeur Ouvert® Nouvelle Vague V2.3 is offered in our Coeur Ouvert® Nouvelle Vague V2 case, with a diameter of 42mm and a thickness of 10.90mm, and a lug-to-lug length of 50.33mm, in stainless steel or hand-satin-finished black stainless steel. This model features a flat sapphire crystal with effective anti-reflective coating and a transparent case back.
New for 2026, as presented above, the Coeur Ouvert® Nouvelle Vague V2.4 adopts the "domed" sapphire crystal of the Coeur Ouvert® Tourbillon!
All our watches come with a choice of a handmade EVA (rubber) or full-skin alligator strap, with a hand-smoothed satin-finished steel folding clasp featuring our hand-engraved logo. A steel bracelet option is also available.

A Fréret Roy 1818 exclusive, this skeleton watch breaks the mold by displaying a large hour marker and the now-famous Petite Minute®, this time presented in the brand's own new skeleton caliber. This is the first collection of mechanical watches on the watch market with a large hour hand and a small central minute hand in a fully skeletonized version!
The domed sapphire crsytal is available as on option for this model too.
Two versions are offered, in steel case or black PVD steel, with time display exclusively in 12 hours.

Steel bracelets
Compatible with all our models, we offer three types of 316L steel bracelets:
The first one is made of hand-brushed steel and features the famous "Milanese" mesh!
The second one features a large rectangular central link.
The third one has three thin alternating links.
These bracelets are easily interchangeable.
The prices of watches equipped in this way are the same as the same model on a rubber or leather strap.

For all our models, we offer a selection of bracelets in different materials and colors:
Bracelets made of alligator, crocodile, caiman, shagreen, leather in various skins or rubber bracelets, black or colored.
Alligator: black, grey, navy blue, royal blue, dark brown, medium brown, light brown or gold...
EVA or checkered rubber: black, anthracite, anthracite-bronze, blue, burgundy...
For most of our bracelet models, we stock three lengths:
S: 105/65mm for a wrist circumference between 14.5 and 16.5cm
M: 115/75mm for wrist circumference between 16.5 and 18.5cm
L: 125/85mm for wrist circumference between 18.5 and 20.5cm
For any other length, a bracelet can be custom-made and in any type of leather, cordura or checkered rubber...
Standard case
The standard cases are made of "taupe" colored synthetic leather, delivered with an outer box.
Designed to house a watch, they are a reasonable size (11cm x 11cm x 9.5cm)
